Detailed Terms and Conditions

Pet Care: This may include feeding, watering, administering medication (if clearly instructed and the employee is comfortable), walking, playtime, and basic companionship for the Client's pet(s). Baby Care: This may include feeding, diaper changing, bathing (if agreed upon), putting the baby down for naps, age-appropriate play and engagement, and ensuring the baby's safety and comfort. Adult Care: This may include assistance with personal hygiene (as agreed upon and within the employee's comfort and training), medication reminders, meal preparation (basic), light companionship, and assistance with mobility (if agreed upon and within the employee's comfort and training). The specific tasks to be performed will be agreed upon during the booking process and outlined in the service confirmation.

Clients can book Services through our Website. All bookings are subject to the availability of our employees. Once a booking is made, Trustsit will review and confirm the booking, usually via email or through the Website. The confirmation will detail the service dates, times, duration, specific care requirements as provided by the Client, and the total fee. A booking is considered confirmed only upon explicit confirmation from Trustsit.

Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate and complete information about the baby, adult, or pet, including any specific needs, medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, and emergency contacts. Safe Environment: The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for the Trustsit employee and the care recipient. Necessary Supplies: The Client must provide all necessary supplies, including but not limited to food, water bowls, leashes, toys, diapers, wipes, feeding bottles, medication, personal hygiene products, and any specialized equipment. Clear Instructions: The Client must provide clear, concise, and written instructions regarding the care required. Emergency Contact: The Client must provide valid emergency contact information where they can be reached during the service period.

Professionalism: Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and conduct themselves professionally at all times. Compassionate Care: Provide attentive, responsible, and compassionate care to the baby, adult, or pet. Adherence to Instructions: Follow the Client's written instructions carefully and to the best of their ability. Safety First: Prioritize the safety and well-being of the baby, adult, or pet at all times. Communication: Communicate any significant observations, concerns, or incidents promptly.

Performing Unauthorized Tasks: Employees are strictly prohibited from performing any tasks not explicitly agreed upon in the service confirmation. Administering Unfamiliar Medication: Employees should only administer medication with clear written instructions and if they feel comfortable doing so. Bringing Guests: Employees are not permitted to bring guests to the Client's home. Using Client's Belongings: Employees should not use the Client's personal belongings without explicit permission.

Requesting Unauthorized Tasks: Clients are strictly prohibited from asking employees to perform tasks not agreed upon during booking. Withholding Necessary Supplies: Clients must provide all necessary supplies for proper care. Creating an Unsafe Environment: Clients must ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Discrimination or Harassment: Clients must treat employees with respect and avoid any form of discrimination.

The fees for our Services will be as specified on our Website or as communicated during the booking process. Payment methods accepted will be listed on our Website. Payment may be required in advance, upon completion of the service, or according to a schedule agreed upon during booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
